Uniform fittings, locations and dates

- this is the only way to order and receive uniforms on time (thanks in advance for understanding)
- there will be mandatory fittings & parent meeting in mid June dates TBA soon
- please arrive on time
- bring water and towel/mat to use for stretching
- 5th week we drop down to practice T-Th games on Saturday (game times vary by divsion)
- Season runs through November not including playoffs
- Competition date will be announced later in season but is usually before Thanksgiving

- athletic shorts
- t-shirt
- athletic shoes
- pony tail (no metal clips)
- no jewelry

Cheerleading conduct

Cheer squads are representatives of Redlands Junior All American Football and as such, are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. When in uniform, or on a practice or game field, the following is expected:
a. No gum chewing
b. Dress appropriately
c. No foul language
d. No excessive make-up
e. No jewelry and no body piercings
f. No food allowed on the field except at half-time breaks
g. Only squad approved cheers are allowed — no derogatory comments or cheers toward the opposite team will be tolerated
h. No acrylic nails
i. All cheerleaders must have good grades.
WE CONSIDER CHEERLEADING A SPORT SO BE READY TO CONDITION AND TRAIN JUST LIKE ANY OTHER SPORT.
